Parameters
With our agreement in place we co-create the scope, budget and timeline together. Good design comes from good preparation.
03.
Design
Throughout the design process, we collaborate closely with you, from the initial big ideas to the finer details, while also managing the consultant team. When you feel great about the design and the costs meet your budget, we apply for permits.
04.
Construction
The consultants complete the drawings and specifications for the selected builder to finalize pricing and start work on site. Throughout the construction process, we work with the consultants, builder, and local authorities. Our priority is to provide you with guidance and advice to support you every step of the way.
